Why Shout?
I’ve always been confounded by anyone who believes that raising his or her voice will enable them to be heard better. Especially in business. The recipient hears only the shouting, not the message. It turns to crucifying the messenger rather than hearing the message.
Think about the last time someone shouted at you. Did you hear the message?
Shouting only strains your voice – it gets you no where. Just sayin’…
