Stop Wishing. Start Doing!

I saw this quote today, and it struck me…

“Stop wishing  –  start doing!”

How many times have we “wished” for something new, different, or better? And wishing is not wrong. But it is only a place to start.

Here’s your challenge for the day:  Turn your next wish into an action.

    • Instead of wishing you exercised more, schedule a time to go to the gym  or walk with a friend
    • Instead of wishing  you had more money in the bank,  establish or increase  your  plan for savings
    • Instead of wishing  you  read more,  check a book out of the library  and  make time each day to read it .check_mark_1445382342-300x300

There is a big difference between finding time and making time.  And much  of how you spend your time is in your control.

So  – turn one wish into into a plan,  and that wish will turn into an action, which will satisfy your wish.

How simple is THAT?

  1. Such good advice…As someone quoted in an IAIP workshop years ago, ” The journey of a 1000 days begins with a single step…” Do it today… Stop wishin’ & start fishin’! Just do it!

  2. if you wishing for a good position you have to work hard on yourself for the goals you wish .<;
