Fear Could Be Your Friend!

When one of my coaching clients says “I’m afraid to _______” it is a real coaching opportunity.

Facing your fears helps you overcome them. Some say the definition of courage is confronting fear, then acting anyway. The key is to actually IDENTIFY that fear, instead of mask it. Ask yourself,

What fears have kept me from my goals?
Are they real or imagined?
What actions can I take to overcome them and move forward?

Face your fear.
