Titles can serve a purpose. I really believe a title does no make a leader. I’ve always believed a good leader is one who can get people to do good things that they otherwise would not have done without the said individuals leadership. Good leaders have to be great listeners, show support, have compassion, and take tough steps when necessary. A “leadership title” does not automatically confer these qualities
