Two for One Priorities

This fast paced world has created challenges for all of us to get things done… to honor our priorities. So many, how to keep allll those balls in the air, and moving forward…

Think of this:

Be creative about how you can combine actions that advance more than one priority. I’m not talking about multi-tasking. you all should know my position on that by now. I have seen clients move the ball forward on their priorities by combining activities or actions from each or several of their priority focus areas.

Here are some examples:

  • Take a walk or run with your children or spouse (Priorities: health and family)
  • View TED Talk with co-workers (Priorities: career/intellect/network)
  • Volunteer at soup kitchen with friends or co-workers (Priorities: community/friends/network)
  • Play golf with a client (Priorities: health/career)

What have YOU done that makes it easier to honor your priorities by combining them?
